We started our company in 2013 and we have production in both Sialkot and Karachi. A family usiness having more than 20 years of experience in the leather and PPE industry.
We manufacture and supply over 3.0 million pairs per year and constantly expanding and upgrading our manufacturing capacity and capability to ensure high quality and timely supplies to our customers and end users with short lead times.
Our manufacturing dynamic includes:

TANNERY :
We have a large scale, modern and hi-tech, in-house Tannery, in which, all Leather processed in house. This includes all Cow and Goat Grain, and sheep, and cow Split. The processes includes Processing, Finishing and Dyeing. All Cuff materials and Apparel, workwear leather, also processed and sewn in-house.
Our in-house Tannery is equipped with modern machines that enable us to develop, process, and dye leather to customers and our end users requirements. We purchase and stock substantial quantities of premium grade skins and hides.
In-house tannery gives us an advantage in quality, consistency, and pricing. Our tannery can process enough leather to make close to 10.0 million pairs of gloves a year, around 300,000 skins per month. We are a leader in Oil and Water repellent finish, drum dyeing, and other special treatments like Fire Retardant, etc. that enhance the special features, comfort, durability, and appearance of our leather.
We are the only manufacturer, who ensure the safety of the end users, by using anti-fungal treatment in all our processed leather and only use imported chemicals from reputed companies without compromising quality over cost.

Manufacturing Units :
We have efficient and well equipped manufacturing facilities run by highly trained technologists and workers. All manufacturing unit are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 Certified. Most of our gloves are CE approved and are Tested and Certified by SATRA, a well-known European notified body, against EN420, EN388, EN407, EN511, EN12477, and EN114.
Our manufacturing units are situated both in Karachi and Sialkot, which give us the advantage of operating out of both key leather glove locations in Pakistan and the ability to source top quality raw materials and labour.

Business Model :
We have a strong financial position in leather industry of Pakistan, and this helps us purchase and carry any type of raw material stocks for the long terms.
We have an efficient and well planned supply chain program that enables us to purchase and stock substantial quantities of raw materials including imported Leather and Hides.
We have business partners one in Finland and other in Canada, which enable us to work with the customers and end user efficiently. Both of our partners always carry huge stocks of our regular products, which provide a timey service to customers without any delays.

Main Product Lines and Skill Set:
We have installed glove sewing capacity of 4.0 Million Pairs per year, but can be expanded at very short notice of time. We deal in Leather gloves made from Goat skin (majority), Cow Grain and Cow Split. We also work with Sheep Skin, Nubuck, Suede, Synthetic materials, Amara, PU, etc.
Other than above, we also deals with Leather Mechanics gloves, Mechanics gloves, Leather Wears like Aprons, Sleeves, Jackets, Trousers, etc. and PPEs like safety helmets, safety googles, safety belts, etc.
We are specialist for Kevlar®/Nomex®/Para-Aramid lined gloves, and our range includes all types of Cut Resistant lining from ANSI A2 (100% Kevlar®) to ANSI A4 to ANSI A6 (Kevlar®/Glass) as well as higher cuts like ANSI A7 to ANSI A9 (composite linings).
We also deals with Winter linings likes 3M Thinsulate, Polar Fleece, etc. and several other features to improve their protective characteristics, including high grade Cow Split Cuffs and Appendages.
We are also a Leader in Oil and Water Repellent Leather and other special treatments that enhance the comfort, durability, and appearance of our leather.
We have a very strong product development skills and our sample turnaround time is just a few days.

Our forte is our ability to customize glove design and production to individual customer specifications. We have invested significantly to accommodate Private Branding specialization with in-house equipment.
